- To redevelop Ekin Road in Abbey by knocking down the 108 existing homes and building 134 new homes.

Decision: Approved
- To knock down Christs College Library in Market and build a new, contemporary library including social and study space. Further work also includes replacing the bridge to the Bodley Library.

Minor applications
- Temporarily change the use of the land for 23 to 27 Kings Hedges Road to build 5 modular homes in the back garden.
Applicant: Cambridge Cyrenians Ltd
Decision: Approved
- Change the use of the 6-bedroom house in multiple occupation (HMO) at 40 Barton Road into a 7-bedroom HMO.
Applicant: Wolfson College
Decision: Approved
