Blue Badge holders can park for free for up to three hours in our car parks. Normal parking charges apply after the free-parking period has ended.

Multi-storey car parks
You can claim three hours’ free parking at any time of day at our five multi-storey car parks.
When you are ready to leave the car park, take your Blue Badge to a pay station and follow the instructions.
The machine will scan your badge. If it is valid, the machine will deduct three hours off your parking fee.
If you’ve stayed less than three hours, you can take your ticket to the exit and leave with no charge. Otherwise, pay the fee shown on the screen before your ticket is returned.
Press the ‘help’ button at the pay station or car park entrance or exit if you need help.
Street-level car parks
Parking is free for the first three hours at the following car parks:
Display your Blue Badge and time clock on the dashboard before you leave your car.
If you’re staying for more than three hours, buy a ticket for the extra time and display it with your badge and time clock. You can use the ticket machine or pay by phone with JustPark.
Officers checking tickets will know to add three hours to the time you have paid for when they see your badge.
On-street parking and Mill Road Bus Gate
Cambridgeshire County Council manages on-street parking and Mill Road Bus Gate access for Blue Badge holders.
