Arts event posters

Our Arts Distribution Service manages the many poster panels around the city that advertise local arts events.

If you want to advertise an event, the display boards are a great way to do so. They are situated in busy public areas including shopping centres, car parks, and green spaces.

The panels can accommodate posters of various sizes, from A4 to A0. We recommend you book space on them as early as possible. Please contact us before making a booking.

We recommend that you book space at least two weeks before you want to display your posters. For large posters, you might want to check availability with us before you have the posters printed.

We update some of the poster boards every Thursday and the rest every Friday. You must deliver your posters to us by the Friday of the week before we display them.

We work on a first come, first served policy when taking bookings for our outdoor poster panels. We cannot guarantee that every site you ask for will be available. It is a good idea to choose a few alternative locations when booking.

Most poster campaigns display 20 to 30 posters for two or three weeks – we suggest you consider this as a starting point for your campaign. Consider booking periods when you plan poster campaigns.

Our useful information [PDF, 0.1MB] document explains more about the service.
